Terms & Conditions
To make a booking
We require Mastercard or Visa details as security but payment to be by Cash, Cheque or Traveller's Cheque(Sterling) payable on departure.
Deposit
To reserve a room please send a cheque for the total amount of your first night's stay, in Pounds Sterling, payable to Crolinnhe Bed and Breakfast. Alternatively, email your credit card details and your full postal address using two separate emails. You are also most welcome to phone and provide your details. The cost of each room per night is published at the bottom of each room page on this website.
Your Liability
Guests making a reservation at Crolinnhe are respectfully reminded that they are making a contract with our business and as such are responsible for full payment of the room(s) in the event of non appearance.
Cancellation Policy
We have a Thirty(30) day cancellation policy and your credit card will be charged with the full amount unless we are able to re-let the room.
Arrival & Departure
Guests should arrive from 3.00pm onwards (unless by prior arrangement) and on the morning of departure are expected to vacate their room(s) by 10.30am.
